  • How long does it take for my carpets to dry?

    Your carpets dry as fast as 15 minutes, but on average it take 30 to 45 minutes. If we have to pretreat it could take up to 2 hours or so in some cases.

  • Do you clean houses?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer house cleaning services anymore at the moment.

  • How often should I have my carpets cleaned?

    If you have pets (e.g., dog & cat) usually every two or three months, if you have little children four or five months, but if it's just you or two people every six months to a year. We don't recommend going past 12 to 18 months.

  • What is your preferred payment method?

    Well, cash is still king, but we accept all four major credit cards, checks, and we invoice too.

  • What are dust mites?

    Tiny microscopic creatures. Belonging to the family of eight-legged creatures called arachnids. Included in that family spiders, chiggers, and ticks.

  • Do you use chemicals? Do dust mites bite? Do dust mites spread disease?

    No. No. No.

  • Do dust mites live on people?

    Usually, they do not.

  • How often should I have my mattress sanitize?


    Usually every six months, but if you are allergic every three months or sooner.

  • Can a bed bugs be harmful?


    Yes, a bed bug can individually and collectively cause a number of health effects including skin rashes, psychological effects, and allergic symptoms.

  • Will your method kill germs?

    Yes. Our patented UV-C germicidal light kills mold & fungi spores, viruses, and it kill various forms of bacteria (singular bacillus) found of bedding can also cause many forms of diseases.

  • What is UV-C Light?

    UV-C light is germicidal, it deactivates the DNA of dust mites, bacteria, viruses and other pathogens and thus destroys their ability to multiply and cause disease.

  • Are dust mites harmful to people?

    No, but they are harmful to people who become allergic to them as well as to people who suffer from allergies, asthma, upper respiratory illnesses, skin diseases and other related problems.

  • Do you steam clean carpets?

    No.

  • What type of carpet cleaning do you do?

    We are a low moisture carpet cleaning company. We scrub your carpets clean (nondestructively).

  • How long does it take for my upholstery to dry?

    It can vary depending on the method used. Dry clean immediately, wet clean a few hours or so.

  • Do spots reappear after my carpets drys?

    No, not with our method.

  • Will mold or mildew grow underneath my carpets?

    No, never with us.

  • Will my carpets be hard after it drys?

    No, not with us.

  • How often should I have my upholstery clean?

    It depends on how active you use it. On average usage, we say at least ones a year.

  • Do I have to vacuum first?

    It's always good practice to vacuum, but no, we will vacuum for you.

  • How long does it take for my upholstery to dry?

    It can vary depending on the method used. Dry clean immediately, wet clean a few hours or so.

  • How often show I have my upholstery clean?

    It depends on how active you use it. On average usage, we recommend at least ones a year.

  • Are your products safe to use?

    Our (wet) steam cleaning method is safe ECO-Friendly, but there are no ECO-Friendly ways to perform a dry clean at the moment.

  • Will I have to leave the house if my upholstery requires a dry clean only method?

    Not necessarily, we recommend opening up windows for good ventilation. As professionals, we wear protective gear (gloves, mask, etc.) because we work with these products on a daily basis.

  • Do you offer Scotchgard protection?

    No, and yes. We offer Scotchgard protection more for carpet cleaning and a non-water base protection for upholstery.

  • Do I need to protect my furniture?

    We recommend you do, but it's not required. It is your investment at the end of it all.

  • Do protection even work on furniture?

    Sure it does. It's not bulletproof, its design to give you an opportunity to get to a spill before it penetrates the fibers. If it set into long, it could be too late.

  • Does pet odor removal work?

    In a lot of cases yes. In some extreme situations no, and it's not worth it.

  • Do you remove pet spots?

    Yes, but if they sat too long, it could be a major problem.

  • Will a regular carpet cleaning fix my pet odor problem?

    Sorry to say, but no. That requires special treatments.

  • How much does it cost to remove pet stains?

    We have to see it first, and that price varies depending on your situation.

  • Can coffee stains be removed?

    Yes, it can. Coffee with cream in it is a different challenge.

  • Can paint be removed?

    Yes, best before it drys hard.

  • Do you charge to pretreat spots?

    On our general cleaning for soil no, but on special stains that require special treatment yes.
