  • How often should I have my air ducts clean?

    It varies, but we say 18 to 24 months, depending maybe 3 to 4 years.

  • Do I need to have my coils clean at the same time as my air ducts?

    In good practice, yes. It's good to have them clean at the same time.

    It is a device that sprays a fine mist of solutions through your system to help kill bacteria.

    Yes, it's nondestructive.

    No, not at all.

    No, we have a brush vacuum system that's controlled. As we brush, our vacuum is sucking up the dust and debris at the same time.

    Yes, the proper terminology is hot water extraction.

    Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) and low moisture carpet cleaning (bonnet cleaning).

  • How long does it take for my carpets to dry?

    Your carpets dry as fast as 15 minutes, but on average it takes 30 to 45 minutes (low moisture method). If we have to pre-treat high traffic areas, it could take up to 2 hours or so in some cases.

    No, not with our method.

    No, never with us.

    No, after they dry they'll be soft.

    If you have pets (e.g., dog & cat) usually every two or three months, if you have little children four or five months, but if it's just you or two people every six months to a year. We don't recommend going past 12 months.

    It's always good practice to vacuum, but no, we will vacuum for you.

    Tiny microscopic creatures. Belonging to the family of eight-legged creatures called arachnids. Included in that family spiders, chiggers, and ticks.

    Usually, they do not.

    Usually every six months, but if you are allergic every three months or sooner.

    Yes, a bed bug can individually and collectively cause a number of health effects including skin rashes, psychological effects, and allergic symptoms.

    Yes. Our patented UV-C germicidal light kills mold & fungi spores, viruses, and it kill various forms of bacteria (singular bacillus) found of bedding can also cause many forms of diseases.

    UV-C light is germicidal, it deactivates the DNA of dust mites, bacteria, viruses and other pathogens and thus destroys their ability to multiply and cause disease.

    No, but they are harmful to people who become allergic to them as well as to people who suffer from allergies, asthma, upper respiratory illnesses, skin diseases and other related problems.

    It can vary depending on the method used. Dry clean immediately, wet clean a few hours or so.

    It depends on how active you use it. On average usage, we recommend at least ones a year.

  • Are your products safe to use?

    Our (wet) steam cleaning method is safe ECO-Friendly, but there are no ECO-Friendly ways to perform a dry clean at the moment.

  • Will I have to leave the house if my upholstery requires a dry clean only method?

    Not necessarily, we recommend opening up windows for good ventilation. As professionals, we wear protective gear (gloves, mask, etc.) because we work with these products on a daily basis.

  • Do you offer Scotchgard protection?

    Yes. We offer Scotchgard (or equivalent) protection for wet carpet & upholstery cleaning and a premium non-water base protection for dry upholstery cleaning.

    We recommend you do, but it's not required. It is your investment at the end of it all.

  • Do protection even work on furniture?

    Sure it does. It's not bulletproof, its design to give you an opportunity to get to a spill before it penetrates the fibers. If it set into long, it could be too late.

    In a lot of cases yes. In some extreme situations no, and it's not worth it.
